GoPro playback on XBOX one stops and buffers every few min

Running XBox One with the latest player installed and running plex server version 1.13.4.5251 from a NAS. When I play GoPro videos, the video will play fine for a couple of minutes, then buffer for a minute and start playing again. The XBox and Server are both using wired networking. Movies and other content play fine.

I have played the same GoPro content from the Roku player without issue.

Any tips tricks to smooth this out?

Any Updates? Going to install the latest release and see if that helps…

Hi there. If you’re still seeing the same issue with the latest update could you enable logging in the app, and then grab some server logs? A sample file would also be helpful.
