Got Billed £6.99 on APP but on browser it's £4.99 and still not 'Premium' = FIXED. Thank you

I had a bug where the app is charging £6.99; which I paid; but then I found out that it did not register as ‘Premium’. The money went out. I checked the browser and the ‘Premium’ is £4.99. I’ve been using Plex for a long time and am very confused of this disceptency and why ‘Premium’ no longer woks for me. Please help. Plex Pass does not work. For both.

Done that but hoping someone sees it here as it’s also a technical bug which needs to be reported. But prost.

It isn’t necessarily a bug. If you for example use the Apple store to buy the Plex Pass, you get the “apple tax” on top of the price. i.e. the cut that apple demands from everyone selling in their store.

Ok it looks like a server issue on the app. I am now back on ‘Plex Pass’. I use Google. It has £4.99 on the website but I paid £6.99 via the app. That’s confusing. Thank you again.

What app are you talking about, btw?

Please stop with this. It’s not an “Apple Tax.” It’s a “curated, online store” tax. Yes, Apple extracts a fee from developers for distributing their apps. But so do Google, Microsoft, Nintendo, Valve (Steam), etc… Developers can choose to absorb this, or pass it on to consumers.
