IE £94.99(Prem)+ £119.99 (Android)+£149.99 (IOS) or can I use the IOS & /or Android for £94.99

The right to use all of the non-free apps is already included in the Plex Pass.
Not only for you, but also for up to 14 other people in your Plex Home.
Each person can also have several different devices with the Plex app on it.

plex pass is primarily for the server, but also unlocks the mobile apps (all must be logged in as same account).
mobile app unlock is only for the app and is tied to whichever APP STORE (ie apple app store or google play store), and does not enable any plex pass features on the server.
So, in short: it’ll be only the GBP 94.99 for the Lifetime Plex Pass if you take the limited time offer.
(I am not sure how you arrived at the 119.99 and 149.99 figures for the apps. If you buy the apps individually, they are ~ $5 for each app store account. )

Ah, I see. Well instead of at plex.tv , the lifetime Plex Pass can be bought in the app store as well, but it has a different pricing there.
In other words: if you buy the Lifetime Plex Pass at one place, you don’t need to buy it again – ever.
one thing not sure if is clear;
if the plexpass (monthly, annual or lifetime), does it use your app store email, or does it use the email that is (or may be) logged into the plex app ?
what if there is no email logged into the plex app ?
in any case, it appears the best and most clear way to buy plexpass is via plex website. also, they don’t have to pay apple/google store percentage.
The Plex Pass subscription gets linked to whichever Plex account is signed in to the app. It has nothing to do with the email address of the app store account currently used on the device (Plex generally don’t even know that info).
The user must be signed in to a Plex account in the app to purchase a Plex pass via an app store.
