Updated to latest version iOS today and grandfathered accounts still not showing the download button. Account was created in 2015. And the server that shares has Plex pass. So it should show download button.
Do you know since when the server owner has their Plex Pass?
You’ll only benefit from „grandfathering“ if their Plex Pass membership predates August of 2022.
Server owner it’s even older. 2013. Don’t understand why don’t show download button on my share account created in 2015.
This late update said it fix that. But still the same.
The server Plex pass is from 2012. And share with normal account iOS created in 2015 (no Plex pass) but download button don’t show. It’s normal? Or it was suppose to show download button?emphasized text

Yes. Still Don’t show. They say in the previous version that they fix but still isn’t fix. And still don’t fix on the previous update. When will they fix it?

That’s most certainly a different issue.
Downloads are not yet available for shows and seasons, but only for individual episodes.
Download button don’t show anywhere. Tv shows and movies. Simply don’t show.

Have you double checked with the server owner to make sure they’ve enabled downloads for you?
Yes.. before this update everything was working fine.the download button only Disappear after this big update.
