When I play videos on Plex, sometimes I get pink and green lines. When I play the file there are no green or pink lines. I read in previous post that it has to do with the Transcoder, but I did not see any solutions.
@dennis7d Are you seeing this problem on the Xbox One? If so, it could be related to one of the Known Issues related to “Pink/Green Artifacting across the screen during playback” (https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/293330/known-issues#latest). I’ve seen this issue before, but not to the degree you showed in the screen shot. Usually it’s just a thin line or multiple thin lines. On the Xbox One the workaround is to disable direct play/stream.
