Getting really tired of this issue being passed over by plex devs.
In the last few months I have added 40-50 movies to my plex and over half of them have those ugly green lines at the bottom where the picture meets the black bars.
I have seen several posts about this in the plex forums with no comment from actual plex devs offering a solution or even acknowledging the issue. Which is pretty ■■■■■■ of you guys.

The file plays fine on the computer through plex. No green lines
Try and play it direct play to my Sony TV or my Nvidia Shield via the Plex app, I get the green lines.
From what I could see it seem to only be happening for me on videos that are 1960x800. Without a greater understanding, that is the only real connection that I could put together.
Also if I then tell it to ‘convert automatically’ through the app, after about 5 mins the audio is completely out of sync. SO that is not even a temporary solution.
