I’m new to Plex and so far, i’ve only run in to 2 issues (i’ll address the other issue elsewhere).
Right now, the issue at hand is that on select movies, i’m experiencing green lines/green screen during playback. This DOES NOT happen throughout the entire movie, but only at specific times where there seems to be fast movement or loud noises happening in the film.
Additionally, i’ve tested the same video file in the VLC player, and the green lines/green screen DOES NOT occur.
I’m looking for some guidance on how i might be able to resolve this. TIA
