Hi I searched for the solution and dont know what is happening. Hopefully someone can help. I just updated and now on the xboxone all the pictures for movies are hard to see and green lettering is over them to let me know what voice controls to use. The bigger issue though is that when I play a movie the arrow and green lettering that says go back stays up in the left corner for the entire film. How do I shut this feature off????
This is the Kinect Voice UI, and we have a bug where it can stay 'stuck on' after the end of a video. Sometimes. Rarely.
Currently the workaround is to go back to your homescreen and exit Plex by using the menu button on your controller. The VUI green text should be gone when you restart the app.
Sorry about that! We're obviously looking into a proper fix as well.
