I for some reason have just started getting green writing over everything. Its as if xbox is listening but voice commands do not work
Also when watching there is a go back icon in the top left with green writing but it does not disappear.
Any ideas how to get rid of it would be great.
I presume you do have a kinect? If so, then yes - this sounds like the voice cues. Do problems persist if you restart the app (go to the xbox dashboard, hit the menu button on your controller and choose exit)?
I am also having this. Problem persists after exiting the app.
I also experience this issue, the green "Go Back" message stays on screen at the top left during video playback. This only started happening recently, maybe something in the recent xbox update?
I had same issue.
Doing a hard reset on my xbox one corrected the issue.
Push and hold power button on xbox one until it shuts down. After restarting issue went away.
