Sometime after last update all content that was playing fine now has green tint.

There is a transcoder fix on Ubuntu in 1.40 beta you might want give a try. Plex Media Server - #609 by drzoidberg33
I tried the Beta update, but had same issue. It seems to be an issue with the older mpg containers like .avi and .divx that are green shifting. I converted a few to .m4v and the issue is gone. So now I am batch converting 2.4TB to .m4v
