You might want to take a look at collections.
If you depend on using embedded metadata, make sure to use the Album tag – that being said I’m not sure if Plex will read multiple tags from that field.

There’s an unrelated suggestion discussing an option to freely map embedded metadata fields to fields in Plex… not sure that’s ever going to happen.
