Guide channels missing

Hi everyone,
I was looking through my recording schedule and noticed that a scheduled recording was missing from my overview.
I looked at my hdhomerun configuration and saw that the guide channel for that particular device channel (and others) was missing.
Is there any way to get that guide channel back?

I removed and re-added the dvr, set up different epg sources but to no avail.

One of the missing channels is “ZDF HD”. It’s one of the public channels in germany, so it has, most certainly, not been removed or gone off-air.
The guide channel “KIKAZDF” is a kids channel from them (just to make it clear that those two are different)

I can confirm this. Mapped channels has been removed (ZDF and Pro7 - German channels) here in Denmark. These channels (might be more) has suddenly been removed from the Gracenote EPG.

I removed DVR from Plex some hours ago. I added it again, to find the provider name required for the report posted by @johnm_ColaSC. Now the missing channels (ZDF and Pro7) are back on Gracenote EPG in Denmark.

I got mine back yesterday in the evening, too.
Unfortunately I got no EPG data at all, today.

Is something going on with Gracenote? Everything worked fine yesterday evening and now I got nothing at all o_O

… and now 50% of my channels (mapping) has been removed again :expressionless: …

@johnm_ColaSC should we still report this? … this is getting painfully hard, if this happens every week … with misc channels missing every time.
