Guide Disappears Within 5 Minutes

I had Live TV for OTA broadcast set up and working fine for over a year. I’m using an HDHomeRun Flex 4K (4 tuners). Within the last month however, I’ve moved (not important) and the Live TV hasn’t worked properly since. Initially, I had to delete the DVR and recreate it so I could get proper Guide Data for my new zip code. That was all fine and good. It pulled the right channels, and I was actually able to watch stuff with no problems for about a week. Then I moved on to other things (unpacking, etc). Tonight I came home from work and wanted to watch the news while eating dinner, and found that PLEX wouldn’t tune any channels. I loaded up the PMS webpage and it told me there was no guide data. I did a refresh and it said the same thing. Then when I click on the EDIT link to change the lineup, it shows I had NO channels. Not sure what else to do, I deleted the DVR and recreated it all over again. Once again, the channel listing was correct and and I had guide data. As part of the setup, I started checking each channel one at a time to “turn off” the ones I don’t need. After getting through about 8 channels, all of a sudden it reported it couldn’t tune the channel (like it did before, on a channel I know works). Went back into PMS to disable it, and discovered once again it says there is no guide data, and the channels have all disappeared.

I’m not sure what’s going on, and would really like some assistance with this. I run the PMS in a docker container on an Unraid Server. Everything is reporting they’re up-to-date. Can somebody out there please help?

I’ve also noticed it will just disappear eventually when sitting idle, or instantly when I close and restart the docker.
