I have a Hauppage HVR 1250 tuner and have been using the watching OTA with guide & DVR for at least 6-mo.
Last couple of weeks the guide has been broke but I could still scan for channels and update the guide.
A few days ago the TV & DVR library just disappeared. When I tried to setup the DVR again it won’t recognize my tuner.
I will note Plex used to think it was a QuadHD which still worked. something changed in one of the recent updates.
Update: I had an old x32 Windows 10 desktop so I moved the tuner card to that machine. Spun up a new plex and everything worked fine.
Two weeks later the exact same issue returned. If it’s a card issue, wouldn’t the guide still display?
Any advice?

I’m having similar issues.
The latest update erased my live TV and DVR again. Hauppauge Quad HD tuner setup on a Win 10 Box. (Version 1.25.0.5246) As per usual I erased all the
tv.plex.providers.epg.cloud files (3) in the local folder (C:\Users\yournamehere\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Databases) and restarted the server. This is what usually fixes it. Any clues on why this is still happening?
