I have a made a guide for anyone needing to load balance their plex server across 2 ISP connections. I live in Australia, the highest upload speed i can get with unlimited data is 40mbps, so i pay for 2 connections and balance my server across both of them.
Hopefully this helps someone who is attempting the same thing.
