About a week ago, Comcast reconfigured their channel lineup and moved several channels around. Now, when I try to configure my guide the channels don’t match up as it appears the PLEX guide has not been updated.

Yeah, hopefully they understood what I was explaining since it’s not just 1 channel that’s been moved.
