Not sure if this helps, but I used Guide Channel 10.1 WJARDT for 15.1, I assume it is for the wrong market, but it seems to work.

My ZIP Code is officially in the Boston market according to the FCC. Yes, 10.1 from Providence has the same prime time programs 99% of the time, but not always the same during the day. I should not have to work around someone else’s error.
