In the Boston area, the new Gracenote software for DVR recording does not recognize Channel 15.1 NBC Boston. The channel was properly recognized by the previous software that we are required to change from currently due to discontinued support by January 1, 2021. NBC Boston changed at least 2.5 years ago, and settled at 15.1 at least 1.5 years ago (while calling itself NBC Boston Channel 10). Perhaps the problem is caused by the inclusion of the Providence Channel 10 (WJAR) inclusion in the guide, but both the Boston and Providence stations coexisted well in the Plex DVR software set to expire n 12 days. I would appreciate attention being brought to this issue, as the Plex DVR function is a paid feature.

Also having this problem, in Worcester. No 15.1/NBC Boston, 15.2/Cozi, or 50.1/True Crime guide info. Somehow though, there’s guide info for the new channel at 4.4/FAVE. Any info about this going forward or are we paying for Plex Pass for nothing?
