Guide shows program to be recorded, DVR schedule does not

NCIS New Orleans shows up in the DVR Schedule to be recorded on 16 Feb at 11:35 for a rerun.
It shows up in the Guide as well at 10PM on 15 Feb for a new episode, but DOES NOT show in the DVR Schedule.

I just ran a refresh of the guide and nothing changed.

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.

To make this more confusing, I’ve just discovered that a week from Sunday, the program IS scheduled to be recorded.
