DVR Schedule doesn't show program that should be recorded

Why doesn’t the DVR Schedule show NCIS? I’ve had this happen in the past and it doesn’t get recorded. I saw this several days ago and refreshed the guide manually, but it hasn’t helped. This has happened every so often in the past as well.

Reasons it won’t be recorded.

  1. Epsiode (S18E13) is already on disk.
  2. You recorded and deleted this episode in the past. If you go to Advanced options, enable “replace lower resolution items” it should ignore if you have recorded this in the past.

Thanks! That’s it. I didn’t realize it was a rerun I still have on disk… I do have “Replace lower res…” checked for all my recordings. I appreciate the reply.
