My guide wasn’t refreshing, restarted plex server still nothing. Deleted DVR and added it back. Still empty guide. Started a few days ago it initializes and then stops
There is an issue at the moment with the Guide provider.
The https://status.plex.tv/incidents/c311q3bz7vhs has been updated to mention the problem
On a good note Gracenote is working good in Australia
Two days for me now. Have had to switch to HDHomerun. May drop Plex subscription as this is the second time this has happened. Can’t watch live tv without a guide since there is no way to select a channel. Its all gone. Deleting the DVR made it worse cause I can’t reinstall it without a working guide download. I won’t pay $$ for these problems.
EPG seems to be updating now. as of 1:27pm MST 3/3/19 Monument Colorado 80132
Spoke to soon only loaded 20%.
The automatic updates would only fill in the next 24 hours and the programs at the end of the 14 day period. To get it all updated, a manual refresh needs to be done. If this is failing, getting stuck, please provide logs
