H264 goes to transcoding - nvidia shield

Hello
i have installed Plex server on windows10.
And client (player) is nVidia shield.

Following file always goes to transcoding mode if i try to play on shield. Also there is no audio in this file.
MKV contains only video file, and there is no audio or subtitle.

It is simple h264 file, yet it goes to trancoding. Other H264 and even H265 files plays well on same shield and from same server.
What is wrong with following file format?

I found the problem, apparently none of Nvidia’s graphic cards (current or previous) support 10-bit H.264 acceleration (only 10-bit HEVC). This is quite a shame, but not a fault of Plex. You can optimize your 10-bit H.264 content in Plex to avoid this, or only download 8-bit H.264 or 10-bit H.265 content in the future.

The problem I’m having is the the client hangs when it tries to play 10bit H264 rather than punting over to the trans-coder.

Folks claim this works fine on Kodi. But it may be doing software decode.
