scenario 1
My Sheild output is set to 4k60hz - I play this movie and correctly drops into 4k23,976 hz and plays the movie but with terrible buffering, when I check my Plex servers it is transcoding.
Scenario 2
I manually set my sheild to 4k,23,976 and play the movie, it plays it locally on the sheild with no transcoding.
Anyone any idea what is going on here, it also does it with other movies, here is the movie relevant specs:
