H264 maximum level, stuttering video on Nvidia Shield Pro

I watched 4 episodes of Dexter: New Blood with no problems. I just started See season 2 and it began stuttering badly about 10 minutes in and I couldn’t finish it. I can find a lot of things to try doing, most of which go back 6 years. I just looked at the H264 settings and it has 5.2 recommended, but 6.2 maximum. I get a warning about incompatibility when I pick that, but I have the LG 75QNED99UPA so I hope it isn’t that! I find nothing about the Nvidia Shield Pro (2019) and their customer service is bad. I don’t want to change anything that reduces video or audio quality. I’m going to watch something else that hopefully plays through without issue for now. I will leave it at the recommended until someone here has an answer or I decide to experiment. I’m just hoping to save time.

I have limited knowledge but let me try.

What PMS server do you have? Serer running on the Shield or external device.
How is the Shield connected to the PMS if not local?

I have a different system, but I had the same problem.
I optimized the database and that solved it for me.
