The 3.4.5 update seems to break half-star rating support (direct rating works, but does not allow for half stars)
I really hope that this is just a bug and not a removal of this feature, as it would be a real shame to lose this ability)

I did look for a setting before posting, but apparently I’ve missed it.
For future reference, in case anyone else will have the same problem, the setting is in Appearance > Rating System
