I’ve been using Plex Server on the same QNAP hardware (TS-853 Pro) for years. A few months ago, I went into a folder to look at the thumbnails of the photos in that folder and got the attached error message. Clicking Home or other buttons except Settings does nothing. When I hit Settings, the Home button works again, and I can access my files again. If I go back into Photos and try again, I get the same results. I uninstalled Plex Server and reinstalled it. The problem remains. This does not happen with any of my other folders like Music and Movies. Any help is appreciated.
