Hardware Acceleration Multi-GPU

I used the Nvidia Control Panel if you have it installed on your PC. Right-click on your Windows Desktop to activate it. About QSV, I don’t know much about that, sorry and good luck.

I do not have that and cannot find it on Nvidia’s site. I just have GeForce Experience installed.

Try this link https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4733/~/nvidia-control-panel-windows-store-app

Yeah, I can get to the link for the Microsoft app. The problem is that i cannot install any apps because of a script I ran after installing the OS. I intended on disabling all apps, which has obviously worked. But i can’t even find a way to re-enable them now. I’ve manually scoured through Windows main settings, policy settings, and the registry, and i can’t even find anything that appears to be disabling this feature. I just installed ShutupWin10 or whatever it’s called by O&O, and i reverted everything back to stock and it still made no difference. I’m at a loss here for what’s been done to my system. Anyway, i really don’t need any other apps in the first place, so that’s why i was hoping for a standalone program. I’ve been recommended to look into some legacy drivers that apparently have NCP packed in with them as a standalone app, so that might be my solution.
