Hardware decoding causes Plex for Windows to crash on playback

Continuing from Plex for Windows crashes
Still seeing this on Plex for Windows Version 1.41.0.2876-e960c9ca

Also my wife’s PC has the same issue with a 1660Ti

I just happened across the solution. If Nvidia Control Panel is set to V-Sync = Fast, this crash occurs

When set to “use the 3d application setting”, it does not crash

I found this in the logs which gave me something new to search
ffmpeg: AVHWFramesContext: Could not create the texture (887a0005)
