Hardware Encoding not possible anymore with current Version

Hello,

Previously I had the version 1.41.9.9961 and there my graphic card was utilized by the plex media server. I have an AMD RX5700 XT in my machine, and with the current version, there is no hardware decoding.

I enabled in the web settings that only my graphic card should be used as a hardware encoder, when possible.

Furthermore, I also checked the options for, use hardware encoding if available.

When is this feature again available, or what can i do with the current version?

Sadly with the old version, i had an issue where an guest account, couldnt play any media from my server, even if i replaced my whole database and repaired it.
