I have noticed an inconsistent transcoding bug on server version 1.11.0.4633.
I have HW transcoding enabled and for the most part it works for all content.
Sometimes it will not decode on hardware but actually encode correctly on hardware.
I have attached 2 pictures of 2 transcoding sessions.

As you can see (hw) is not present on the Roku session. Sometimes it does appear and sometimes it doesn’t. This behaviour is for the same movie also, so not a file specific issue.
