Using the last testing Plex Server is unable to use HW Transcoding.

Same on Debian with kernel 4.18.20-2 (2018-11-23), reverting back to 1.14.1-5488 restores hw transcoding.

Please roll back to 1.14.1 (previous alpha version).

FWIW, I am doing some back checking.

I also have 1.15.0.398 . This is working ok for X86_64 systems.

Hi all,
HW encoding working fine for me here, running Nvidia GTX750ti with i5-3330, I don’t do 4k, mostly SD to 2080p, and live TV is working great to! Oh, my OS is Ubuntu MATE 18.04LTS
