Plex server crashes immediately when transcoding if hardware acc. (QuickSync) is enabled on a 6th Gen Intel Nuc ( NUC6i7KYK). Client is an Xbox One X accessing remotely. File is 480p Mpeg2 (5.284 Mbps) with stereo AC3 (192 Kbps). Video driver is version 27.20.100.8681. Xbox is limited to 8 Mbps. Disabling hardware transcoding fixes the crashing. The issue was first reported by a family member yesterday (11/22/2020) accessing local via a Sony X800 series tv (android tv). I’m in the middle of a move. My apologies if I’m slow to respond.
