My Plex Media Servers crashes on Hardware transcoding

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2764 (Plex Pass!)
Player Version#: iOS (iPad) 6.11.1

Plattform Win10x64pro PMS Version

Hardware

  • Board: Gigabyte C246-WU4
  • CPU: Intel i3-8300 (boxed) - with Quicksync
  • RAM: 32GB ECC RAM

If I disable HW transcoding it is fine, just CPU spikes to 100%, if I enable HW transcoding, then Plex Media Server crashes in the second the stream should start.
