I’ve just purchased Plex Pass to activate Hardware Transcoding on my Synology DS916+ but i can’t see the checkbox to activate it.
My NAS meets the minimum requirements and I’m on the latest PMS beta.
Any ideas why it won’t show up?

I’m in the same boat. I have the DS916+, Plex Pass, but the checkbox for hardware transcoding is missing from my advanced transcoding settings. Any help would be appreciated!
Did you both installed the 64bit PMS?
Works on my DS916+. Have you updated to the latest verison?
Is running fine here, too. Remember that you have to reinstall Plex after every DSM update due to some permission issues. So deinstall, reinstall, activate advanced settings in the option area and the checkbox should be there.
