Hardware transcoding not showing up

I’ve just purchased Plex Pass to activate Hardware Transcoding on my Synology DS916+ but i can’t see the checkbox to activate it.
My NAS meets the minimum requirements and I’m on the latest PMS beta.
Any ideas why it won’t show up?

The feature should be located in Settings > Server > Transcoder
A checkbox should be there for Hardware Acceleration. If you’ve just upgraded to Plex Pass, you might try signing out of the server and signing back in. I believe that will enable the feature for you.

I’ve already restarted the server, restarted PMS and logged out and logged in.
After these steps the box is not showing up

It looks like you’ve got the hardware to support it. I assume you’re running PMS version 1.9.6.4429 as well, which shouldn’t matter as any version in the last few months should be a go.
Just to triple check, you logged out via Settings > Server > General > Sign Out, right?

I found the solution.
When you install PMS from the Synology “AppStore” you get the 32bit version. When i manually downloaded the 64bit version from Plex it worked.
