Hi All, hoping someone can help me.
I am unable to play many videos using hardware acceleration enabled. When not enabled, the video will play using the CPU. However once enabled, the video will not play regardless of which client is used ( I have tried the latest Android App and Tizen as well)
From my logs, I am assuming the “Transcode runner appears to have died” line is related to my trouble. Both my CPU and GPU appear to support hardware transcoding, and indeed for certain videos it does appear to play with hardware acceleration enabled where the processing is being offloaded to the GPU.
