I have a Quadro P400 and hardware transcoding is not working. When I select the hardware transcoding option and attempt to transcode a video I get nothing, no playback. I can deselect the hardware transcoding option and transcode with the CPU no problem.
Am I missing something?

Sorry, I’m fairly new to using a plex server.
A bit off topic but windows 7 shouldn’t be used anymore. It is end of life and does not receive any updates anymore.
