Harmony Touch + Flirc

Hi guys,

I got my Rasberry Pi setup today, also got a Flirc usb and Harmony Touch remote. Everything all up and running regarding the Rasplex but when

I goto setup Flirc it doesn't pickup my device when you want to assign a key. I wanted to use the directional pad to use with Rasplex. Does this only work with the touch screen?

I did add Flirc + XMBC in the Harmony device setup which I think made it only work through the touch screen, I tried assigning keys manually but it doesn't seem to work.

any ideas?

Thanks

ok after forcing the flirc to update the firmware seems to be working now, although damn slowly when going through movies/tv shows, infact my Sony TV remote is faster!

I use this setup and have not had any delays...

There are some options in FLIRC you can tweek around timers.

My setup was:

PI - no special setup

FLIRC - update then factory reset, plug into pi

Harmony - Select Plex as the device.

Though I have done some customizations since, that setup works for me to start.

I've hit the same issue - set the harmony touch to plex, flirc is updated to latest available firmware - but I get no response at all from the harmony arrow buttons.

Oddly - even in the flirc programmer - if I try to program a key and then use the harmony arrow key - nothing happens.

Two flirc's - both behave the same.

Any ideas what to try next?

Same exact issue - the Flirc setup application doesn't recognize when I try to assign the arrow keys on my Harmony 650. In fact, it won't detect any keys on my remote, except the activity keys, which obviously I can't reassign.

Has any of you searched the forum, there is this https://forums.plex.tv/topic/63334-logitec-harmony-remote-support/?p=385659may help, or not!
