Has ANYONE solved this 'Your changes cannot be saved' issues on seagate?

I’ve seen this issue reported many times and so far noone has provided a solution.

I can add a TV SHOWS library from my seagate personal cloud with no issues.

However, if i try to add a MOVIES or OTHER VIDEOS library from the same folder I get the dreaded ‘your changes cannot be saved’ message.

It can’t be a problem with permissions on the media folders, otherwise the tv shows wouldn’t work either.

Can anyone shed any light? I’m ready to ditch this and look elsewhere.
