Synology NAS thetvdb 'Your changes could not be saved'

Hi, first time posting and while I’ve seen similar issues on searching, I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for. If it exists though, apologies, please point me where.

I have used Plex for years running from my pc. I recency changed to a Synology NAS. I successfully installed plex and went about creating my libraries. I was able to create my movies library with no issue, but when trying to add TV shows I kept getting the message ‘Your changes could not be saved’.

I’m not overly smart when it comes to computers, but can normally figure stuff out through trial and error. I ended up changing the agent for my TV shows to ‘The Movie Database’ and it let me create it! I then just tried changing the agent to thetvdb but it brought up the same ‘Your changes could nut be saved’ message any time I trird to save the change.

Please, can anyone help? I’m clearly doing something wrong (probably something really simple) but it’s just confusing me. I need my mefua library back!
