I have noticed quite a few people asking about it on the Plex Cloud forum and I notice that I no longer have the option to sync my files to the cloud (not that I ever even used it, in fairness!!) but I was just curious and also wanted to be able to answer those others who have been querying it.
How many cloud storage providers are in there?
If there are none, then you cannot use the Cloud Sync feature.
If you have previously linked a storage provider but never used it, you may have to re-new the link using the ‘Reauthorize’ button.
According to that link, I still have Cloud Sync linked to my Google Drive account, just no way to sync to it. Also, I noticed that the Cloud Sync section of the forum has been archived and can no longer be accessed as a topic on which to ask a question. Those were the reasons for my query.
Can you confirm that Cloud Sync is still available to those that want to use it? As I am seeing a lot of queries on the subject on the Plex Cloud forums.
Thanks.
EDIT: Cloud Sync has decided to make a sudden reappearance - maybe it was away on holiday!! Thanks anyway for your help B)

Cloud Sync is still available.
Cloud Sync from a Plex Cloud server doesn’t make sense and is therefore not available from there.

I am aware that Cloud Sync is not available on the Plex Cloud server but as the Cloud Sync section of the forums appears to have been archived and therefore locked, a lot of people were posting on the Plex Cloud section in the absence of anywhere else to post. Anyway, I’ve now got it back and therefore answered my question. Thanks anyway.
