Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD not found by Plex on Ubuntu 20.04

Tuner worked on Windows just fine but I’ve added Ubuntu 20.04. I followed the instructions:

When I try to setup the Plex DVR, it finds nothing. Console logs confirm:
DVR:Device: Discovering and refreshing all devices.
Grabber: HDHomerun discovered 0 compatible devices.

Note that the tuner is setup correctly, to a degree, as I can watch live TV using Kaffeine. I wonder if I need to tell Plex to look for the specific Hauppauge drivers/devices

Got the same adapter and with the firmware it works
