My PLEX is installed on a QNAP. If I install PLEX on PC it works??

I have just recently installed a Intel NIC i3 with a Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD USB - originally wanted to use openSUSE Linux but couldn’t get the USB stick to work - reverted to Ubuntu 16 as per Hauppauge Linux driver page - works with PLEX DVR on a Danish Yousee cable connection.
