I know that… Plex DVR is in beta.
But I bought the USB Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD as described in the Plex documentation for my NVidia Shield.
First Got problems with channels discovery with Antenna or with Cable.
Then DVR Recordings work… and then it doesn’t work… and then no more at all.
Plex Server hangs…
and Then Google TV Client froze or doesn’t start in live TV
iOS Client start live TV but only with Antenna
I got a recording… but the file was unreadable … even with VLC
I restarted all the setup with cable… since then… Nothing is working at all.
Plex Live TV & DVR is uninstalled now.
Is there something to do with the dongle firmware or else ? with the Shield ?
Perhaps wait for a next version of plex server ?
