I am running this tuner plugged directly into my WD EX2 Ultra NAS. In order for it to be detected by Plex I had to install an app from the official WD app-store called “TV/Media Device Drivers”. Their web page is here: https://nextdimension.cc/NAS-MediaDrivers and as you can see this exact device is listed under supported devices.
It was able to scan the channels successfully but I had to input my own schedule XML to complete the setup. However Plex shows that it has only 1 tuner when it in fact has 4. Not sure how to fix this issue.
