WINTV Dual HD running on a VM plex server.

Hi all,

Hoping that someone on here can help with this.

I have a Hauppauge Dual HD tunner running in on a ESXI server the VM detects the tuner and so does the plex server running on it however there is no channels found I confirmed the tuner works on a normal desktop PC, but still no channel in plex.

Does anyone have any idea’s why this might be the case?

I am experiencing the same problem with the quad HD. Plex sees my tuner but when I run a channel scan it ends quickly it says there are no channels found. When I use the Hauppauge software every channel can be seen. I live 1/2 mile from the broadcast towers so that isn’t a problem.
