HAUPPAUGE WinTV-quadHD Displays 2 Devices Initially Then 1 Vanishes After Channel Scan

Running Win10, all patches and Latest Plex Server.

Installed HAUPPAUGE WinTV-quadHD PCI Card
Added Drivers
Went into Plex/Settings/Server/LiveTV
No problem seeing Hauppauge WinTV-quadHD as 2 separate devices on initial setup.
Scan Channels, etc
Go back to Plex/Settings/Server/LiveTV
Only one device displayed which is configured.
LiveTV and DVR are functioning properly. Just not able to get all 4 tuners installed.
Have deleted and readded DVR multiple times with the same result

Suggestions?

You have to add the second device. The quad tuner is represented as two 2-tuner devices. Click the add device link and configure the second tuner.

Thanks for the response. Tried this, only the one device is displayed once the first one is configured.

I have the same problem. I see no solution. Does anyone have an answer

I was having issues (albeit not this issue).

To resolve my issue i completely uninstalled Plex.
Removed the Plex folder from Program Data.
Removed the Registry entry for Plex.

After doing all of this everything ran really smoothly.
Obviously this will mean re setting up all of your Plex libraries. Just test the Tuner stuff before doing anything else.

I was trouble shooting for hours and re setting everything up didnt take that long.

Worth a shot.
