I am sad. I just bought that usb wintv solo HD stick and plex can’t find any dvb-channels. I tryed that stick every my Windows machine, and allways got same result, no channels. It works fine Wintw 8.5 app but it can’t tune channels In plex. Is there anyone Who got that stick to work In Windows with plex and DVB-C cahnnels?

No, I still have same problem. No cable channels on plex 
Same here - the device works fine in WinTV 8.5 for both DVB-T/T2 and DVB-C channels, but Plex can only find DVB-T/T2 channels.
I have tried installing just the drivers on a completely different PC with a fresh Windows 10 install, then installing Plex but it still doesn’t work.
I have also tried modifying .ini files to frequencies/modulation/symbolrate where i know channels are being transmitted with no luck, along with running full frequency scans.
It is not a hardware issue, and it is not a scan issue.

Should be removed from the Plex website, or maybe someone from Plex should buy one and demonstrate, as all their customers must be utterly incompetent if it works for them but noone has been able to set it up for themselves.
It’s such a pitty that nobody from Plex is here. It would be nice to have their input regarding this issue. As long as we pay for a service I would expect to have a minimal way to interact with a support team.
Is there any DVB-C card wich working in plex?
