Plex DVR with WinTV SoloHD Tuner not able to find channels

HI

I’m not able to find channels from my Cable Provider in DVB-C.

I have Hauppauge WinTV-soloHD DVB and I’m running Windows 10

I had to create from scratch the transponder file (D:\Resources\Tuner\Shared\scanners\dvbc ransponders), created a file called 5761.ini with with frequency

1=5761
2=DVB-C Portugal(NOS,Lisboa)
3=PT

[DVB]
0=24
1=296500,V,6000,QAM256

I don’t think there is a problem with this file because after I add it to the folder with starts to scan but no channel is available.

In the log, there are some information that might help but I don’t know what to do.

BDA: get_tuner_type_from_filter. Unknown guid type {71985F4C-1CA1-11D3-9CC8-00C04F7971E0}

[7020] DEBUG - * file_tuner::get_stream_file. File D:\Resources\Tuner\Private\devices\dvb\file\drv_file.ini does not exist

I did a fresh install of Plex and removed any software that might be “calling” the tv tuner and still no luck.

Having a similar problem with the quadHD

I don’t know what to do.

Can someone send me the dvr.ini file, or at least copy it’s content here.

Can someone post the dvr.ini file from a windows10 install please?

I have reinstalled plex server in different machines and the file is never there…
