Have sound but no video

Until 25/07/2024 I have been using Plex to play media served from a Mac, on a KYDOS TV. Today the 26th I have sound but a blank screen. I have tried playing none local content, turning the TV off/on, reseting the client player, rebooting the server, deleting and remaking the libraries. None of these had any effect.

I think it may have been a update that at fault. Before it stoped working the TV only displayed a outlined box and no thumbnails, now it displays thumbnails but the video does not display with I start the program only sound.

Hi there, I would like to let you know there has been a automatic push update to the TV plex client from 5.86.0 to version 5.86.4 and it is now working. :grin:
